Title: Allow the Selling of condoes and townhomes in the city.
Type of motion (Edit, removal, creation): creation
Elaboration & Reasoning: For all those players wanting to live in the city, but do not want to constantly remember to rent their home and end up paying 1600 for a small apartment for only 4 months, this bill is for you. In this bill, players would be allowed to sell condos and townhomes instead of forcing players to rent them. Certain requirements for the size of condos would have to be made and townhomes would have to follow certain rules too. Townhomes and condos would also have a minimum price for each. Once you buy a condo or townhome, you would be the person to sell it, not the owner of the building. Condos could almost be anywhere in the city, but we could make certain areas for townhomes.
What would benefit from this: Players would save time if they would like to live in the city. Higher-end buildings would be made for the condos, making the city look nicer, condo and townhome owners would just simply build a building an advertise it and then when all of them are bought, they would not have to do anything. More players would move into the city, which means they would buy things from the shops more, buy cars, maybe pets, and plots and make the city look nicer. I believe this bill could be a major addition to the city and give the government lots of money.
