- Reasoning: At the end of the last parliament, @bharatj pointed out that only having one judge decide on if a case is "extreme" or not will create a lot of inconsistency in the court. I agree with his statement, and I promised that if he voted to pass the bill, I would amend in the next term. I am an honest Codes so here we are. If you have no idea what I am talking about, please read the original bill.

- Bill: In order for a lawsuit to be dismissed under the guise of an "extreme" situation, all judges must vote.
