- What would the grant be used for? to purchase materials to build Subir Tower
- Do you have a detailed plan for the project? Yes, I have already purchased the lot BC-180 and plan to build a 12 story (depending on material supply) apartment tower on the property. The building will contain shops in the ground floor and a lap pool on the second story. A rough mock-up of the building is attached. The goal of Subir Tower is to bring luxury living to the scarcely populated South BC and to Invigorate the area.
- Additional Information:
Please excuse the model, The openings will be fitted with gray stained glass panes. I just hate installing glass panes so I didn't finish the windows.

I apologize, but there has been a slight change in plans. The tower will now be built in between spawn and the capital building on BC-068.

Sorry about the delayed response. I saw your building already. Are the upper floors going to be office space or apartments?

The upper floors will be apartments. Floors 3-12 will be standard apartments and floors 14-19 will be larger apartments. I have attached a sketch of my current plans for the floors.

I am building it, but I was considering hiring an interior designer to furnish some of the apartments.

I found the glass costs way less than I anticipated so I was wondering if I could use the money to rent a billboard as well.
