- Do you have a detailed plan for the project? to make sort of a thrift shop where we buy old / slightly use things and we sell them as is or fix them up and re sell them for cheaper
- Additional Information: i'm super broke and could really use this so i don't lose my plot and have to start over again i got this like almost not long ago and cant do anything with it and this would really help to start it off because it’s something I really want to do

I am denying this application again as it is pretty much the same as the last one. You clearly didn't take my advise to make your business plan not look so vague. Also I couldn't help but notice that you have a plot in south BC that has gone untouched for months. If that is the plot you wish to use for your Thrift store I would have liked to see some progress made.
