The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Business Registration Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All Provisions shall come into effect upon passage.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) The restriction of chest shops has few benefits and many issues. It will further harm the economy by making it more difficult to open businesses.
Section 4. Provisions
(1) Rescind Company Registration Modernization Act
(2) In order to become a legally recognized business, a business owner must register their business on the forums. The DoE is given full control over the creation and editing of this process.
(a) The DoE must give a two-week warning on any changes to the Business Registration process that might affect already registered businesses.
