No, the plots are being vaulted in a staff world, which is only accessable by staff and will most likely always be. There are also vaulted chests that are unlocked when you paste, and a DoID member can just go inside and steal everyone's stuff.

I understand the need for plots to have quicker turn overs but there are so many issues a change like this would present.
