- Elaboration & Reasoning:
We believe that cities should have their own bank account (such as the Government has) to store city money for city affairs and employee paychecks. This would be very useful for cities to keep up with the city's own money while the mayor could keep up with his or her personal account. Only mayors and councillors of the city would have permission to withdraw or deposit to these accounts, and they would use /withdraw[or deposit] [City name] [Amount].

We believe this would be a tremendous help to cities going into the future. As mayors ourselves, we agree this would be very useful.

This will be hard to set up because there is no actual plugin for this. It would also be more than likely exploited because people could, in a way I will not describe, spawn in money.

Possibly, only the mayor could have access then. If someone is a mayor of a city, they are probably trustworthy enough not to abuse this.

I wasn't talking about Councillors not being trustworthy. ANYONE, including the mayors can exploit this bug.

They can, but mayors could most likely be trusted to not exploit it while councillors would usually have a lower level of trustworthiness.
