Title: City/Town Anti-Grief Border
-Type: Edit
-Reasoning: There are currently no defined protection border for towns and often people may be confused. I think Punishments should be properly laid out to avoid the confusion in the future.
-Bill: The mayor of any given towns may give permission to claim land within a border of 250 blocks from the nearest town region. Anyone who is found to be breaking this law will receive punishments as followed:
1st Offense: 50 kr fine + Removal of region/Build
2nd Offense: 100 kr fine+ 5m jail + Removal of region/Build
3rd Offense 200 kr fine + 15m jail + Removal of region/Build
-Extra Info: All plots prior will be grandfathered in, meaning they wont be affected by this law. Thanks to @SlimeEmperor for the original idea and @FlamingNinja728 for helping in the editing process
