The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Competitive Markets Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All provisions shall come into effect upon passage.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) Player-run business is a core aspect of Stratham, and when the government decides to step in and try to fill the need for certain items it leads to the erasure of a private market for said items.
Section 4. Government Shops
(1) The government of Stratham will no longer be able to operate or create chest shops.
(a) All government chest shops are to be removed upon passage of this act.
(2) The following shops will be excluded from this Act.
(a) The Tender Shop.
(b) The Entrepreneur Shop.
(c) Animal Shelter-related shops.
(d) Any item that cannot be obtained in vanilla Minecraft without the use of commands.
