Area Specific Rules:
Failure to follow these will result in the plot evicted and building vaulted (Map below shows regions)
High Rise
- Theme: Modern – Industrial – NYC Vibes
- Approval Needed from lead constructor or mayors to build above 125 blocks (open support ticket on Covington discord)
Shopping District and Harbour
- Theme: Modern – Industrial – Realistic
- All builds must be under 30 blocks (unless told otherwise by lead constructor or mayors)
Suburbs
- Theme: American themed houses – Realistic
- All Builds 20 blocks or under
General City Rules:
Failure to follow these will result in the action listed below
Plot Building
- If the Building is prebuilt, you cannot make any major alterations to the exterior of the building without permission, doing so will result in eviction with no refund given and a 500kr fine to cover the cost of the building refurbishment (list of prebuilt buildings found Here)
- If it is an empty plot, you must build to the Area Specific Rules and to the quality of buildings found in the rest of the city. The Building must be complete within 2 weeks of purchasing the plot, if any of these are not met you will be given a further 2 week grace period with mail sent and eviction thread created, and you will be evicted if the requirements are still not met at the end of the grace period.
Activity
- If you go inactive for more that two weeks you will be evicted from your plot without any warning given
- Current and Former mayors of the city are exempt from this rule
The City reserves the right to evict without warning or any reason given
