Important Covington City Vault & Eviction Requests

Covington City property inspectors and staff will report regions that need to be evicted by a server staff member in this forum. City plots can be evicted for not following our city plot laws (found here) or for the owner having a /seen of 2 weeks. Regions up for eviction for not following our plot laws will have two weeks to make the required changes, and regions up for eviction for inactivity will be evicted immediately. When creating an eviction request, please create a post with the pending prefix and title "<plot name> - <eviction date/anytime eviction>" and then copy and fill out the format below:

- Owner:
- Reason for Eviction Request:
- Image of Building (if not following the city plot laws):
- Attachment of /seen (if inactivity is the reason):
- Additional Information:

Once posted, a city mayor or deputy mayor needs to confirm that the eviction can take place. Once confirmed, the plot will then be evicted by a server staff member and put back up for sale. Plots evicted for inactivity or lack of progress will not be vaulted and instead will go go back up for sale with the building still on them. Only plots that do not follow the city plot laws will be vaulted.

Once completed, the city property inspector will receive 100kr from the mayors balance. Players evicted for inactivity do not receive a plot refund!
