On Thursday 2/6/2020 I purchased a property from a player. The property I purchased had half of a building on the plot. The massive structure is very ugly. Lux had requested Super to destroy a building. I purchased half of that building unaware of the situation.
In my previous experiences on this server staff have cut unwanted buildings. The owner of the plot loses those resources cut as a form of payment. I exercised this ability as I have seen it before. The Admin Hybrid was the admin who cut the building from my plot. Super was left with the other portion of the building on his plot to recycle the material.
Now the next day Hybrid comes on and says he was instructed to restore Super's building as Lux requested Super delete it without help from staff. Since I am a 3rd party in Lux and Super's agreement there should be no issue in the portion I own being cut.
There are no written rules that I have seen that would indicate anything against my wishes.
Hybrid has already reverted my plot back into Super's mess.
