Title: Disable of Health Affects During Ticket Work

Elaboration & Reasoning: When in a ticket, health effects like diseases, injuries, or overheating can be a distraction and a pain while doing ticket work. This makes staff do their work less effectively. Therefore, there could be something like a temporary disabling of all health effects when a staff member is handling a ticket. This allows them to do their job without this distraction.
Other Information: This was suggested to me by Blitz. I’m open to ideas or criticisms about this motion.
