The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the [District Limitations act].
Section 2. Commencement
(1) Provision(s) shall come into effect upon passage
Section 3. Reasoning
Section 4. Limitations
(1) You may not own more than 1 plot within a named District unless plots will be a connected building.
(a) If found to own 2 plots in a district that are not a connected building, both shall be reported by Property Inspectors with by owner resolve of 1 being resold to the public or both plots removed after 2 weeks if property owner does not resolve.

Section 4. Limitations
(1) You may not own more than 1 plot within a named District unless plots will be a connected building.
(a) If found to own 2 plots in a district that are not a connected building, both shall be reported by Property Inspectors with by owner resolve of 1 being resold to the public or both plots removed after 2 weeks if property owner does not resolve.
