The Council of Ministers enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the DoC Power Amendment.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All Provision(s) shall come into effect upon passage.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) The DoC powers do not actively include the authority of property inspectors and managing certain government plots.
Section 4. Constitutional Amendment 1
(1) Amend Section I, Subsection I, Clause IV, Subclause B from
(B) Department of Construction, commonly abbreviated DoC, is responsible for the construction of government-approved buildings and the highway. This Department consists of Constructors, Property Inspectors, and Land Officers.

(B) Department of Construction, commonly abbreviated DoC, is responsible for the construction of government-approved buildings and highways or roads, the creation of plots, carrying out the eviction process, and the management of government owned capital land that do not fall under jurisdiction of other departments. This Department consists of Constructors, Property Inspectors, and Land Officers.
