Why do you think you deserve this role?
I honestly don't know what to write here, but I love the doJ and I'd like to be there to help out in any form. After writing a 3rd application for the DoJ it's quite hard to find the right words.
I never really got the chance to experience what being a Sergeant was really like, I didn't even get the chance to be trained. I'd like a chance to fully prove myself and prove that I'm right for this position once again. The DoJ is the one department that always sticks together and works together to make bc a safer place, and I want to be part of it all.
What do you think you can bring to this role?
I have been in the department as a Sergeant, ACO and PO for a short amount of time, but it was enough for me to get a good look at what the jobs are like.
I also enjoy and have experience in training people, from different places, some not in BC, but I know how to clearly explain a job in a way that anybody can understand.
Along with all of that, I like to stay organised, I just like keeping everything tidy and clean, which may come in handy.
What would you change about the DoJ?
Adding in a little more rp when it comes to capturing and jailing criminals.
I believe there was a plan for a new jail, with some more freedom for inmates, so maybe in some way we could contribute to that to help get it done faster.
What do you think the DoJ needs to improve?
Organisation, like having an organised training system, maybe adding in a script? Or allowing trainers to write their own script for training to ensure that everything is covered properly.
A better way to keep gov officials safe, while also staying happy and entertained, this could be adding more to the safe house to just make it a better place to enjoy while they wait.
How much time can you dedicate to the DoJ?
Any time that I'm not at school, sleeping or doing something else.
What do you think this role entails?
Keeping the department organised, including members, channels, training, and basically everything else.
Also helping to manage the department with your fellow management members, such as making sure that there are no arguments or making sure that everyone is trained, if not, training them on everything that they need to be trained/refreshed on.
And just helping out your co-workers in general & staying professional.
Which sergeant would you choose? Trainer, quartermaster, warden, coordinator or all of the above:
All of the above.
