- Why do you want to be a Sergeant? This department is one I’m really passionate about. I want to choose departments I love and move up in them. I want to focus on this (and the doh ofc) because I want to be a good member of the department and be recognised for my good work. Before I left the department a few months ago, I was in it for about 10 months. Since rejoining, I haven’t moved up at all except for my promotion to PO. I wanted that to change. Being a sergeant is pretty cool too :D
