Executive Order No. 12
By the power vested in as Prime Minister by the Constitution and Laws of Stratham. I do hereby declare the following:
(1) The following will be defined as Weapons of Mass Destruction:(a) Armata Tank
(b) Apache Helicopter
(2) The Executive Government shall hereby protect the rights and freedoms of usage weapons of mass destruction.
(3) I am hereby pardoning Ryan_88 for his crime of Abandonment of Vehicle.
(4) The tyrants in the Department of Justice can not hide from me forever and will face judgment for their acts of tyrany against the sacred office of Prime Minister.
