Executive order, No. 15​

Title: Auto Property Tax Collection Registry​

As per the constitution,
1.2(a) The Prime Minister shall have the power to;
1.2(b) Issue Executive orders directing authority of the Executive Branch​

I hereby Order,

(1) A Registry of auto tax collection will be created and maintained by the Department of Economy, Contained within the Property Tax Sheet

(2) Every Property Owner shall be automatically placed as "Opt-In" upon its creation.

(3) On day 5 of collections the DoE shall deduct from every player who is Opted in to collect the monthly Taxes.

(4) Upon request from Property Owner sent to Department of Economy to "Opt-Out" of the Registry the Property Owner shall be "Opted-Out" of Auto Tax Collections but must pay Manually!

(5) DoE Must still Notify Property Owners monthly with in game mail, Keep the Property Tax Document Public and updated, as well as properly notify via a Announcement Upon Start of Collection cycle, Auto collection period, and End of Collection cycle (May choose to not ping)
