You're not currently at the level necessary to be a Constructor. I would recommend trying to build based on real buildings and looking at pre-existing Minecraft builds to inspire you. If you'd like some images of buildings to build feel free to contact me on discord and I'll send you ideas to practise with.
I found it useful to follow tutorials in order to pick up techniques and then develop your own style, and there are loads of different building groups you can look at for inspiration.
