I have decided to cancel this lawsuit. I would like to apologize to the court for my terrible lawsuit.

Please refrain from posting frivolous cases, especially ones in which you can't post as your not the prosecutor, and wasting the court's time.
I will not charge you with anything as this is your first incident, but next time I will not be as kind.
