My company called 'HambRealty' is a realty company that's gonna flip plots and homes. We're gonna build houses, renovate houses, etc. Currently, the only house we own (me) is OCSubs Plot 37. This company will also try to start fixing the "property crisis" where some places are way too expensive. Currently, we are hiring builders and designers, and people who will inspect and negotiate for properties (idk what they're called). I hope it gets approved and I can start building and renovating on a commercial scale.
