What is the process that your bank uses to log transactions: We have a discord channel for each account that account holders can send us a message with updates to their accounts (deposits, withdrawals, etc.), and screenshots of the transaction are posted in that channel. Additionally, we have a spreadsheet that is updated with this information to reflect the bank's financial situation, both overall, and broken down by account.
