Lawsuit: Adjourned IBC v ElementPenguin (Civil)

IBC Banks gave ElementPenguin a loan for 18,500 Krunas, with a deadline of 2 months. We even provided an extension, which ended on May 25th 2020, however the remaining amount in the loan was 13,250 Krunas at that point. Considering the extra time that has passed and with the current interest rate, we are looking for k16,430 from the defendant.

We are looking for 16,430 Krunas from ElementPenguin's balance or the collateral listed in the screenshots.

JUDGE'S RESPONSE

Analysis:
The Plaintiff has brought the Defendant @ElementPenguin to civil court on the grounds of be unable to make a repayment for a loan granted by the Plaintiff. Evidence has been provided of an agreement being made and has been reviewed closely.

Conclusion:
Lawsuit will be defaulted in the Plaintiff's favor due to the unresponsive nature of the Defendant. I am convinced due to the nature of the evidence provided.

Verdict:
As reigning Judge, @ElementPenguin is hereby stated guilty for being delinquent with repaying their loan amount + interest.

I am ordering the repayment of 16,430 Krunas from the defendant's personal account and/or material belongings as collateral of equal value. Since the Defendant has been banned from the server, the Department of Justice, @bharatj will be tasked with collecting the fined amount from the personal account and/or assets from the Defendant and ensure the Plaintiff is paid out.
