I'd like the grant to help partially return their investments as well as buy materials for the new build. The plan is for a food-focused shopping area where only farmers and chefs can rent shop space to sell only food items (nothing that isn't consumable). It will be partially an open-air farmers market to buy ingredients and crops, as well as a food court for restaurants to sell prepared foods. The vision is to be the de facto spot for all players to food shop. It will be open, natural, bright, simple, and welcoming.
