- Description of build (please be as detailed as possible): Please use white concrete, and spruce for the floors! We would love to have a backyard ( I have already lined out where we want the backyard so dont go back the lime please!) We would also LOVE to have the house facing a very specific way (which will be stated on the plot so you know what way to face the house) Please make sure it IS two stories as stated in the ref (clearly) and I have no clue if you do the walls on the inside but please try and do ATLEAST 4 bedrooms. If not possible then 3. If there is any of the materials missing that I do not have, I will pay the extra. Please do not use any birch anywhere. I prefer mostly spruce but oak and dark wood is fine just spruce is preferred. Please have a small area for an elevator to go so we can have a basement. And no elevators leading to upstairs please. Stairs is preferred. No garage. Also please dont do the "blue" on the pillars or anything.
