- Business Plan: LenCorp serves as a staple in the community of BC, however up until recently has operated only as a small business out of shops such as the government mall. Recently, the company began an endeavor to grow its services provided by acquiring new plots throughout the city, both in a smaller Lexford location and a capital city plot at 02-Kratak St. This expansion of course comes at a great cost and in order to keep the company afloat during this transition as we aim to build up a great deal of stored goods and renovate these buildings, a government grand is being requested. The building itself was purchased via a loan with tens of thousands of Krunas remaining on its terms, and the inventory required to stock a 4+ story shop will be astronomical, an inventory expansion of tens if not hundreds of thousands of Krunas. This expansion aims to serve the community better by creating a convenient shopping destination for the citizens of Stratham and I plan to use this grant to cover the associated costs so that people may always be free to acquire the materials and items they need to thrive.
