I. Description of Case

The plaintiff alleges that they were assaulted by a nuclear device which paused a business transaction, gave them a debilitating illness, high medical costs and emotional trauma as a result of an extremely poorly managed suppression of peaceful protest at the capital. Protestors were simply exercising their right to free speech which I myself was nowhere near being a part of and suffered this horrifying bodily harm from a far distance.

III. Sequence of Events
1. Tuesday May 5th 2025 @ 11:45 PST | A nuclear bomb is suddenly dropped on the entire city of Stratham in response to a couple of protestors at the capital by the DoJ.

IV. Claims for Relief

1. Initiating unwanted PvP in a city/town is illegal unless both parties give consent;
2. 3 or more counts of:
   (1) Define Murder as “The act of killing another player without the victimized party giving consent to the murder”(a) Outlaw Murder
   (b) This act shall receive the punishment of a Class 1 Misdemeanor.
3. Murder of innocent civilians
4. Murder of government official
5. This case has brought uneccessary attention to my name and I am now posed with this unwarranted publicity and trauma
   4.1(a) Players will have the right to privacy and to be free from unwarranted publicity. This right shall not apply to holders of public office or in any other position in which they are empowered with public trust.
6. The DoJ is responsible for upholding this mission below, but failed to maintain peace and order, and violated criminal laws.
   1.1(j) Department of Justice (DoJ):
   1. Maintaining Peace and Order.
   2. Enforcement of Criminal Laws.
   3. Providing a Security Detail to the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister.
   4. May provide a Security Detail to other Senior Government Officials if directed to do so by the Prime Minister.

V. Damages

1. 15.5 kr medical bill coverage for treatment
2. 5,000 kr emotional damages and bodily harm
3. 5,000 kr for privacy violations and unwanted publicity
4. 500 kr failed business transaction during event
