Build height limit is 20 blocks above ground level unless higher is approved by the town council. 2. Lexford’s theme is small-town, rustic vibes with a pop of color. We encourage you to use blocks like terracotta, bricks, wood, quartz, and anything else you want to add to your building. Make your building stand out in its own unique sense while also blending well with surrounding buildings and the overall town. Take inspiration from other buildings in the town, but make your building yours. 3. Eyesores, cheap-looking builds, or builds that do not fit our town’s theme can be evicted with or without a notice. If a notice is given, you will have a certain amount of time to fix the issue with your plot. If the issue is not fixed by the date stated in the notice, you will be evicted. 4. Farms are not allowed above ground unless on a farming plot or residential plot. 5. After buying a plot, you will have one week to begin progress on it. If progress has not begun after a week of owning the plot, you may be evicted with or without notice. 6. You may merge up to 2 plots in Lexford. If you would like to merge more than 2, you must request approval from the town council. 7. You will be automatically subject to eviction if you are offline for more than one month. Exceptions may apply if your building is still serving a purpose.
