[Metro and Train Act]

[Establish and incharge the departmental responsibilities of transportation regarding Metro and Trains]
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the [Metro and Train Act].
Section 2. Commencement
(1) Provision(s) shall come into effect upon passage
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) To make sure clear guidelines to the transportation systems provided by the government
Section 4. Departments
(1) All metro and train station connected to the capital falls under the authority of doid and may not be altered unless the doid minister and prime minister approves of alterations
(2) DoPA may utilize train and metro stations for event purposes in the Capital
(3) DoE may place advertisements near or around the Train and Metro stations with approval from DoID
Section 5. [Fines for Disrupting Transportation]
(1) All forms of disruption to the Transportation system of BC is classified as a class 1 misdemeanor unless it is the act of murder which shall follow Murder charges.
