So I've heard talk about having the towns and cities more accessable. If that was implemented, I think it would be a great idea to move the university to Covington city. The reasoning behind this is because that uni has the facilities to house a "classroom" for each job, instead of squishing everything in the tired, boring, and tiny building we currently use.

Covington already has a university that functions the same as the one in Capital, as does Palm Bay. The DoE is currently working on systematic and physical updates to the Capital university.
