A new player joined the server who went by the name of Turgyn. He finished the tutorial at spawn and had requested a tour. so naturally, being a tour guide, I went to spawn to give him a tour. Instead of taking a tour he decided to kill me. After that, I tried to get Police Officer, _37__, to jail him, however, he left within a minute of killing me. Here is a screenshot of the evidence.

Thank you for providing evidence for the murder that has befallen you at the hands of the Defendant. Since Turgyn has been away for 5 days in total, something tells me he won't be coming back any time soon. However, I urge you to call the police (/911) in game next time you see him on. Please use this forum post (court case) as reference with the DoJ if they ask you "why" you are calling the police on the Defendant.
