- Suggestion Title: New "Soldier" qualification
- Elaborate: I think people will enjoy a Soldier qualification, because you could host trainings at the military base and gather some players who would then have some fun together, and if a city declares war you already have players enlisted and ready.
- Does this require the installation of a new plugin (Yes/No): I don't think so

- Additional Information: People had fun in the military while at war with troutman.

It sounds cool but there's not really a need for it. Whenever someone suggests a new job or qualification if there isn't a need for it or benefit it'll be put down pretty quickly.

On top of Zzz's point above the police force is almost like this in most cases. Sure its not a military but it operates similarly.
