I. Description of Case
The Plaintiff brings forth the following causes of action and alleges the following against the Defendant: On the 18th of June Miskeio_OP has opened a ticket at Nexus Bank to request a loan of 5000kr. After they have agreed to the Terms of the Loan agreement, MegaMinerM, the owner of Nexus Bank, payed out the Loan to the defendant (which can be seen in the Attachment below). The defendant was given a time frame of four weeks to return the money.

Miskeio_OP asks for a loan, which has been granted. Miskeio_OP failed to return the loan in the Time frame given to .them

Breach of Contract between the Parties.

300kr (interrest)
500kr (late fees)
1000kr Legal fees.

On 29th December 2024 Nexus bank filed a lawsuit against Miskeio_OP.
Due to the defendant not responding the court will move forward to a default judgment

In the contract linked, no late fees were listed. This means I will be revoking the late fees from the final payment

Miskeio_OP must pay the plaintiff 6300kr. This is broken down into 5000kr loan repayment, 300kr interest and 1000kr legal fees
