Title: Realtor Exception

- Reasoning: Real estate has the potential to be a lucrative industry on BC. The current restriction of 1 suburbs plot per player makes it nearly impossible for a real estate market to thrive. This bill is to propose a new job, Realtor, to be allowed ownership of up to 4 suburbs plots with the addition of a selling deadline. The eased restrictions will create a new industry and allow for the sale of properties to be more commonplace. Players without the Realtor job will still be limited to 1 suburb plot.
- Bill: Create a new job, Realtor, who are allowed to own up to 4 suburbs plots. Plots owned for business must be sold within 30 days of purchase. If a Realtor owns more than 4 suburbs plots and/or does not sell business plots within 30 days of purchase the following punishments apply:
1st offence: eviction and k500 fine per plot
2nd offence: eviction and k1000 fine per plot
3rd offence: eviction from all suburbs plots, k1500 fine per plot, and permanent removal from Realtor job
