Rules and Laws Responsibility Constitutional Amendment
A Bill To
Change the responsibility of updating the laws page from the Speaker to the Justice Minister.
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title (1)
This Act is the RLRCA.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All Provision(s) shall come into effect upon passage.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) Every Speaker of Parliament has failed to update the Rules and Law's page for several terms and have neglected their constitutional duty of doing so. Section 4. Constitutional Amendment
(1) Amend Section 1, Subsection 3, SubSubSection2 from
"(A) Is responsible for informing the Prime Minister of pending bills that have passed Parliament and require the Prime Minister's assent.
(B) Is responsible for updating the Rules & Laws thread as well as the Constitution page within 48 hours of the passage of the relevant Act of Parliament.
(C) May issue infractions to Members of Parliament for failing to fulfill their constitutional obligations or for behavior unbecoming of a Member of Parliament. After an MP has accrued 3 infractions, the MP can be dismissed with super-majority (2/3rds, rounded up) support."

"(E) Department of Justice, commonly abbreviated DoJ, is responsible for maintaining peace and order of the server by enforcing laws. The Department of Justice also offers a security detail to senior government officials, such as the Prime Minister. Police Officers are a part of this department."

This bill has not received Prime Ministerial approval.

While I think there are aspects of this bill that are needed, the Speaker of Parliament as the head of the Legislature should always have the duty to update the Laws passed by Parliament. This duty should not be solely removed and delegated to someone else in the Executive. It could be problematic when it comes to separation of powers.
