Omni Corp is currently a farmed and fished foods supply store with an Omni Shop location residing in Hamilton Mall main building, across from UwU.Co. We specialize in the sale of cheap foods for players along with a side of other various goods in rotation based upon stock levels.
Recently we have been able to purchase 2 plots of land in the south side of the capital in which we have built a small convenience store with 4 gas pumps out front to further expand our resume and also bring our customer reach with quality foods.
With this loan we are looking to buy bc-070, just due south of the gov mall in order to expand our operations. At the moment we run our business out of a narrow back room in our mall booth, however we have realized our company has peaked operation capacity. We are looking to build a warehouse (with a small storefront out front to again expand our customer reach) to allow us to store substantial more amounts of inventory for our growing company as well as some production rooms so we may cook and craft as levels currently beyond our own.
So what does this all mean? It means we will have a fully functional warehouse, fully integrated/state if the art crafting facility, and a 3rd location of business for Omni all in one plot.

We know the server is pushing for anti-centralization and wants to expand businesses to cities and towns beyond the capital and with this expansion we feel that Omni will be able to produce and sell enough goods to begin our multi-city expansions so every city and town has an Omni Shop and every city to have an Omni Corp warehouse facility.
