Special Advisor Amendment

Amend the Constitution of the Republic of Stratham to rename the position of Minister without Portfolio to Special Advisor.
The Parliament of Stratham enacts;
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This resolution may be cited as the Special Advisor Amendment.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) This bill shall be enacted upon its passage and signature.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) The position of Minister without Portfolio as is currently named, functions as an Advisor to the Prime Minister. This bill merely seeks to make the name of the Minister without Portfolio better fitting.
Section 4. Amendment to the Constitution
All mention of “Minister without Portfolio” in the Constitution of the Republic of Stratham shall be amended to “Special Advisor”.
