- Elaborate (Why do you think it should be added, how will it improve the server, etc.): I think it must be added because, It would help every new player to learn how to drive a car before he buys one... This would not only help the player in learning driving but will reduce the accidents and the random way of driving here and there will be stoped...
- Does this require the installation of a new plugin (Yes/No): no i guess

Hello ty for suggestion, however we don't feel this is necessary as driving laws have been removed and cars can't collide/hurt other players!
