Maturity -> Being mature and able to talk to others in a kind way, not acting rude
Experience -> I have been a landscaper so I have lots of experience with cleaning up the wild.
Communication -> I am able to communicate with other players on the network and co workers that i have in private companies and my role of Property inspector, Communication is a huge factor as you need to sometimes plan things or discuss things with your co workers about the department.
Help -> I can bring help to the department by working everyday and making sure to help maintain the wild.
