Establish the process of Judicial Renewal Act.

The Parliament of Stratham enacts:

Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the The JRA Act.

Section 2. Commencement
All provisions shall come into effect upon passage of the bill.

Section 3. Reasoning
(1) To help renew the judiciary from an outdated current set up into a new vibrant Judiciary.

Section 4. Role Chaneges

1. Judges roles will be changed to have a Chief Justice (CJ) and two Associate Justices (AJ)
2. The Chief Justice will be the most senior member of the bench

Section 5. Court Announcement
(1) A new channel will be made for judicial announcements
(2) This will be like Gov-Annoucemnts but in name be called Judical Notice
(3) Judicial notice will be strictly for announcements from the judiciary and court summons
(4) Along judges may put in judicial announcements
(5) The format for Court Summons:

In the case of (Person/body) v (Person/body)

(Person/body) is now summon to respond within hrs

Presided over by Associate Justice (presiding judge)
