Provide the government with revenue

The Parliament of Stratham enacts:


Section 1. Short Title

(1) This Act is The Better Pruning Tax Act.


Section 2. Commencement

(1) All Provisions shall come into effect upon passage.


Section 3. Reasoning

(1) Large amounts of Krunes stuck within former/inactive players banking accounts will be pruned taxed for the government. This bill will also create a more clearing definition for the implementation of the Pruning Tax and a deadlock to which a former/inactives players account will no longer be pruned.


Section 4. Pruning Tax


(1) Rescind The Better Pruning Tax Act

(2) A player must meet the following requirements to be considered active and ineligible for the Pruning Tax

(a) A /seen date of fewer than 28 days and a /bcseen of a required 4 hours playtime within the 28 days

(b) A /seen of 28 days or more will classify the player as Inactive

(c) Permitting IRL circumstances, players may contact the DoE to protect financial assets in the event they will be unable to come into the game. They must contact the DoE via a ticket and have it officially noted by the Department Minister or delegated division head. This will protect a players asset for no longer than a month once renewable.

(d) If other mitigating factors due to unavoidable irl factors rendering it impossible for the player to get into the game, then the player will not be eligible to the prune tax. This will be verified by staff or poof by the player to the DoE via a ticket.

(3) An inactive player will have all of their city property assets acquired by the government as well as 50% of their Kruna assets on the date they are declared inactive.

(4)Every 30 days past the original date of declaration of inactivity the player will have 50% of their Kruna assets seized by the government.

(5) An inactive player, classified by this act will have a deadlock account balance at 10,000 Krunas which they will no longer be taxed

(a) If a players /seen date is greater than 6 months, after hitting the Deadlock then the DoE can seize the rest of the financial assets.

(6)The DoE shall be the governing authority of tracking and enforcing this act.
