The Removal Act
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Rem Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All provisions shall come into effect upon signage of this bill.
(2) The act referenced in this bill will cease to be law upon signage of this bill.
Section 3. Purpose and Reasoning
(1) Establishing proper guidelines for removing acts of law.
(2) In the assistance of making Acts of parliament cleaner and updated and to stop the fall of laws getting outdated barriers to progress or unnecessary regulations along with making sure laws are not harder to remove
(3) This bill is solely to remove the mentioned named act from law, any other acts can be removed or rescinded through a replacement bill without having to use the method listed within this act.
Section 4. Usage of the Rem Act
(1) Any bill submitted to be removed must have a majority vote within parliament. [ 3 out of the 5 Mps ]
(2) Proposing will remain as the legal guideline for other bills
