I. Description of Case
The Plaintiff brings forth the following causes of action and alleges the following against the Defendant:
Earlier today, the Department of Internal Development issues an announcement regarding the opening of the National Food Service. A government own and ran shop that provides food to players. Shortly after this, Topte and DrThunder7 express their public disapproval of this shop and quickly use their position as a Member of Parliament to propose legislation that bans the operation of this shop. This bill is unconstitutional as it is in direct contradiction to the powers set within the Constitution.

III. Sequence of Events
1. The Department of Internal Development announces the opening of the National Food Service in the new map.
2. Topte & DrThunder7 author and propose the Competitive Markets Act
IV. Claims for Relief
1. The Competitive Markets Act states that the Government will no longer be able to operate or create a chest shop excluding the Tender Shop, Entreprenuer Shop, and Animal Shelter-related shops.
2. This bill does not mention exclusion for the National Food Service shop which means it bans the operation of this shop.
3. This bill is unconstitutional as it is the Department of Internal Development's constitutional authority and duty to operate the National Food Service. Section 1.3(c) states that "managing the animal shelter and national food service".
4. The Department of Economy also has the supreme authority over "government shops" as stated in section 1.3(c).
V. Damages
1. I am requesting that the Competitive Markets Act be struck from law and not be allowed to proceed through the process of legislature.
In advancing this form to the court, you acknowledge and concur with the rules of court which highlight the importance of honesty at all times. Moreover, you understand the punishments for breaking these rules and/or committing perjury and deception in the court.
