Establish the process of The Stratham Legal Board
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the The SLB Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All provisions shall come into effect upon passage of the bill.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) The SLB Act will help regulate the servers legal side. Its aim will be to help new players or existing player find lawyers or firms willing to represent them or there company and also act as a place for legal philosophy on the sever in regards to the constitution and changes within the legal field for the server.
Section 4. Set Up
(1) There will be a council that help run the SLB debates and manage the discord. The Commissarius will be the head of the SLB and will have two Decurio which will asset him in the running and organisation of the SLB.
(2) The Commissarius will be elected first by popular vote reaching a majority over any other candidate for the office. The Decurio will also be elected after the Commissarius which will be carried out by the Commissarius.
(3) The election will be held internally with the prosecutor posting an announcement seeking candidates for each election and will also keep tally and publish the election results.
(4) Once the Council has formed, they have a two mouth period in office. Each election should start on the first of each mouth and finish on the 2 day. Official Council Terms start on the third of each mouth and end on that mouth with the hand over.
