Lawsuit: Adjourned Topte Removal of Criminal Record

Your Honor, the last time I was charged with a crime was September 28, 2021 (Evidence 1). This is almost 5 months ago, and even then this was only due to an appeal from an action that was previously warnable back in 2020 (Villager rights violations). I would like my criminal record cleared as the constitution states "Players will have the right to appeal for their criminal records to be cleared if a minimum of 3 months has passed since their last offense."
