Current Population: Based on number of residential plot owners & apartment renters, estimated 15-25 active residents. The town also has frequent visitors, and many non-resident local business owners.
Town Funds: Mayor uses balance to pay for town expenses, no strictly dedicated funds.

Expansion Plan:
Lexford's pond has always been an iconic piece of scenery in the town. However, it's long gone unclaimed. Recently, we added a new Hollywood-esque Lexford sign above the pond, bringing more foot traffic to the area. The area, however, has long gone unclaimed; being griefed on a few occasions, and allowing mobs to spawn near town.
This expansion will allow us to claim the pond and surrounding area to prevent griefing. It will also enable us to build a new connecting road between North Main St. and the pond area. Additionally, we will be able to add two new, small pond-front plots that can serve as places for new businesses.

Green = the area of the expansion, 2850 blocks
Pink = new plots within expansion
Blue = new one-way street connecting North Main St. to areas of the town that previously felt disconnected
Estimated Expansion Cost: The land for this expansion will cost 5,700 Krunas. I am only applying for the expansion approval, not a grant, and I will pay for the expansion if it is approved.
