So it started out with a rasict girl coming on the server. She didnt want a certain tour guide because he was " black " so she asked another person if they wanted to be her tour guide and they said no, Then she asked me to be her tour guide and my exact words were, " Sadly im a doctor, even if I wasnt I wouldn't guide a racist bish." Then she started attacking me outside of spawn ( in the city ) and eventually killed me, Another doctor helped me and killed her after she killed me. Then The police asked me if I wanted to lawsuit and I said, " No I wanna sue " So then here we are.

@gnarlyswine is hereby summoned to the court to acknowledge the case. If the Defendant, @gnarlyswine , does not acknowledge the case as a reply in 2 days, the case will close in the Plaintiff's favor.

The Department of Justice, @bharatj will be tasked with messaging the Defendant regarding this civil court case. I believe they do not have a forum account so it will be the DoJ's responsibility for locating and serving the summons.

JUDGE'S RESPONSE

Analysis:
The Plaintiff has brought the Defendant @gnarlyswine to criminal court on the grounds of being murdered by the Defendant. There is clear [screenshot] evidence of a murder within city limits.

Conclusion:
Lawsuit will be defaulted in the Plaintiff's favor due to the unresponsive nature of the Defendant. I am convinced due to the nature of the evidence provided.

Verdict:
As reigning Judge, @gnarlyswine is hereby guilty for the murder of the Plaintiff.

I am ordering the a fine of 20 Krunas from the defendant's personal account and/or material belongings as collateral of equal value. Since the Defendant has been away from the server for 3 days, the Department of Justice, @bharatj will be tasked with the collection of the fined amount from the account of the Defendant and ensure the Plaintiff is paid out. The Defendant will serve a 15 minute jail sentence next time they're online.
