The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Vonc Constitution Numbers Fix
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All Provisions shall come into effect upon passage
Section 3. Reasoning
After the implementation of the newest vonc bill it will create a disparity in the numbers between the new bill and the constitution (⅔ rounded up) compared to (75%) respectively.
Section 4. “It also has the power to dismiss incumbent Ministers, Judges, Speaker of Parliament, and Prime Minister through a vote of no confidence (commonly abbreviated to VoNC) with a 75% supermajority (5/7).” The 75% being changed to fit the new bills ⅔ rounded up required majority for a vonc.
