I. Description of Case My client walkingpanda111 approached Bobo & Chubster Holdings to become temporary owners of his plot, 01-hilltop-dr, to ensure he could remain owner once he was back, while he was on a break in March 2025. Upon his return he discovered that his plot had been evicted by the DoID. My client then had to purchase the plot back from the new owner, Campanotus, rather than get possession transferred back to him from Bobo & Chubster Holdings upon his return.

1. In March walkingpanda111 approached Bobo & Chubster Holdings to create an agreement
2. The agreement was then drafted
3. The agreement was signed on 21st March 2025 by both parties
4. Ownership of 01-hilltop-dr was transferred to Bobo & Chubster Holdings on 21st March 2025
5. walkingpanda returned in September to discover Bobo & Chubster Holdings were no longer in possession of his plot
6. walking panda purchased the plot back from Campanotus for 12000kr
IV. Claims for Relief
1. The agreement that was signed by both parties was broken by Bobo & Chubster Holdings, violating section 7 of the agreement
V. Damages
1. 12000kr for the cost of repurchase of the plot
2. 10000kr in damages from the loss of the building on said plot
3. 5000kr in other damages
4. 2000kr in legal fees
